For people with dementia and their family, friends and carers, sessions take place fortnightly at 2 - 3pm on Tuesdays.

Sally_3.jpgSong sessions - musician, singer and storyteller Sal Tonge will bring a wide range of popular and well-known songs and deliver exciting singing sessions.

Dance and movement sessions - led by Rachel Liggitt, these sessions will be mostly seated.  Rachel will lead participants through a series of simple movements that will support wellbeing, improve mobility and responsiveness, connect people and stimulate the senses.

Film - a series of film screenings for people with dementia and memory loss and their families, friends and carers.
