Bryony Gordon is a columnist at The Telegraph and writes openly about her experiences with mental health issues

in her excellent book Mad Girl.  In her follow up book Eat, Drink, Run she documents the benefits to her mental health of exercise as she trains to run the London Marathon.

She does a podcast called Mad World in which she talks to well known guests about their own mental health issues - and why feeling weird is the most normal thing in the world!

She has also set up Mental Health Mates - a growing network of organised walks throughout the country which provide a safe space to walk and talk about mental health problems without fear of judgement.
